The Internet Traffic Report monitors the flow of data around the world. It then displays a value between zero and 100. Higher values indicate faster and more reliable connections.

Do you know your internet speed? Are you getting close to the optimal speed that you
should be receiving from your ISP? Below you can test both your upload and download
speeds. Usually you should have a speed that is about 90% of your ISP rated speed.
This means that if you are paying for a 256 kbs download you should actually be getting
around 230 kbs. If your upload is 128 kbs you should have something like 110 kbs. It
has been my experience that the better the technical setup of the ISP the closer you
will be to the 90% benchmark. Try out this speed test and see your speed test results.
